An independent 24/7 vets in Margate wanted a site that felt like the practice: warm, family-run, and easy to use in a hurry. The rebuild has an online shop with delivery and click & collect, 100 pet health leaflets, and every old web address redirected, so nothing on Google broke when the domain moved over.

What else you’ll pay. Your Wix plan and your domain name, paid straight to Wix with no markup from me. I’ll recommend the right plan before you buy anything, and most small sites only need one of the cheaper ones.
Nothing hidden. The quote you get is the price you pay. Nothing else goes to me unless you add Grow Care or Social below, and you can stop either whenever you like.
Grow Care
£35 a month, optional. Small text and photo changes, updates and regular checks, so your site never goes stale. Add it to any package, or leave it.
Social
£50 a month, optional. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, run by Jessey. You send the photos and videos, we make them right for each platform, write the captions and schedule them, so your accounts stay consistent. Up to 8 posts a month. Want daily posting, or us to make the content? Both quoted on top. Add it to any package, no minimum term.

You see your homepage design first, in your colours and with your photos, and can ask for changes before the rest of the site is built. Nothing else gets built until you’re happy with it.

I build it, check it and launch it
The full site is built, then put through the same checks the vets’ site passed, on phones, tablets and computers. It goes live on your own web address, and I show you round the dashboard where enquiries, bookings and orders arrive.

Fair’s fair: a big brand with a big budget should hire an agency. Most local businesses just need a site that works, done properly, by someone who picks up the phone.

Who will I be dealing with?
Me, Luke, from the first chat to launch day. Built to Grow is a one-person business based in Ramsgate. I meet businesses around Kent in person and work with anyone in the UK by phone or video call.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The site is set up in your name, and your domain and Wix plan are paid straight to Wix, not through me. If you ever want to work with someone else, nothing is held hostage.
Is there a contract or a monthly fee to you?
No contract. The only monthly cost is your Wix plan, paid to Wix. Grow Care, at £35 a month for small changes and regular checks, is optional and you can stop it whenever you like.
I could build a Wix site myself. Why pay you?
You could. What you’re paying for is the words, the structure, the photos sorted, the forms tested and the Google set-up, done in days rather than evenings, by someone who has done it before. You still get a site you can edit yourself.
Isn’t Wix bad for Google?
Not for a local business. Wix looks after the hosting and security, and it does well on Google when it’s set up properly: fast pages, proper titles and descriptions, and your Google Business Profile. That set-up is part of the job.
What if I don’t like the design?
You see your homepage design first, in your colours and with your photos, and can ask for changes before the rest of the site is built. Nothing else gets built until the design is right.
I already have a website. Can you move it?
Yes. I keep what’s worth keeping and point every old web address at its new page, so links on Google and in people’s bookmarks keep working. The vets’ rebuild kept 80 old addresses alive.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work or premises, and half an hour to tell me about your business. I’ll help with the words.
Can you run my social media too?
Yes, as an add-on to any website package: £50 a month for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, up to 8 posts a month made from the photos and videos you send. Jessey runs it. No minimum term. Daily posting, or us making the content for you, is quoted on top.
Do you only work in Thanet?
Mostly Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs and across Kent, where I can come and see you. I work by phone or video call with businesses anywhere in the UK.
